Our TeamBaking Workshops

Teambaking workshops are team-building sessions or customised events designed to connect people, reveal talent, generate engagement, and align your co-workers with the strategy and values of the company.

Each Teambaking workshop is unique: the dynamics are adapted to the group, context, and problems to be addressed. We offer solutions to work on trust, collaboration, commitment, creativity, and sustainability. We offer 3 practical options: virtual, face-to-face, or hybrid.

Customised experiences

Each teambaking is unique, we adapt the dynamics to each group, context, and objectives.

We facilitate:

Established, consolidated or newly formed teams, cross-functional teams, newly incorporated teams, Management Committees.
At key stages in the business: kick-off of the year, launch of a new strategy or product, project completion, issue or change management.

Formats:

Online event (each participant joining from their own kitchen, connected via online platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Meet…);
Hybrid event: online format plus delivery of a personalized “box” with ingredients;
Face-to-face event, in an appropriate professional facility (subject to current health regulations in each region).

Depending on the chosen format and the number of participants, the duration of the event can vary between 1.5 and 3 hours.
